It was challenging to put together all the pieces and display the beauty of our plates without the help of our interior designers. They worked hard within a small window of time to make that shop possible.
It was eye-opening
In the early days of the opening of our pop-up shop, we saw many of our guests struggling to pick the right colour, design or even mix and match different styles.
So we have invited one of our interior designers to the shop to talk to our guests and see how we can help them make the right decision so their homes and tables can look just great as our plates do.
We were amazed at how people liked this service and how they benefitted from it. We heard a lot of great feedback on how this service made the shopping experience for our guests smooth and enjoyable. And that is when we decided to make this service a permanent service provided by our team of interior designers.
