Shipping is free Canada-wide for orders over $120. For orders under $120, a shipping rate will be charged, depending on the location and the type of shipping provided by Canada Post.
In-stock orders usually ship within 1 week. You can also choose priority and express shipping. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

We ship all our orders with Canada Post.
We make every effort to display current and accurate product inventory online. If you ordered an item and the product’s availability changes, we will notify you directly.
Any breakage must be reported to us within 5 days to receive any replacements. Please keep the packaging materials in addition to the broken pieces and send us a picture so that we can file a claim and replace the broken pieces free of charge.
Our dinnerware is made to order and therefore we cannot offer refunds. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase depending on the situation for Canadian orders. We will ask you to send photos so we can make this distinction. We will do our best to ensure the packaging is safe and secure and drop-proof, but please always let us know any feedbacks related to the packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for international orders, including US orders.
In order to process an exchange the items must be safely shipped back to us by the customer first. We do not provide shipping labels for this process. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during exchange shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via Canada Post, FedEx or UPS. Please send us the tracking number once it’s available so we can confirm that it’s on its way. Once we receive the items in question we'll ship out your new pieces accordingly.
